North Indian Lunch—May 20

Weekend Meal—July 15
Another wonderful course from Manju Selinger. New recipes geared to enhance your knowledge of how to prepare delicious Indian food. You will learn how to make a variety of dishes under the careful guidance of experienced cooks in the Zen Center’s spacious kitchen.
Festive Indian Vegetarian Cooking—September 30
A bit more challenging—in this course you will learn how to prepare a festive meal for a special occasion. Manju Selinger and the experienced cooks in the Zen Center’s spacious kitchen will guide you though the process, and you'll enjoy the results for lunch.
